  • 250 meter Row
  • 2 rounds of "Dumbbell DT" (2x50/35 lb)*
  • 500 meter Row
  • 2 rounds of "Dumbbell DT" (2x50/35 lb)*
  • 250 meter Row
  • *1 round of "Dumbbell DT" consists of:
  • 12 Deadlifts (2x50/35 lb)
  • 9 Hang Cleans (2x50/35 lb)
  • 6 Shoulder-to-Overheads (2x50/35 lb)

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the time on the clock when the last set of the 250 meter Row is completed.

Movement Standards

Row: Must reset your own monitor.

Deadlift: Full extension at the top of each rep. One head of the Dumbbell must touch the ground.

Hang Clean: Can perform anyway, but the full extension must be met at the top with elbows forward the Dumbbells.

Shoulder-to-Overhead: Dumbbells must touch shoulders at the bottom of each rep and full extension must be met at the top.
