Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD
- AMRAP in 12 minutes
- 30 Overhead Squats (145/105 lb)
- 50 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- 30 Power Snatches (145/105 lb)
- 50 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
On a 12-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 12-minute clock stops.
Overhead Squat: Full extension at the top of each rep with the hip crease passing below the knee at the bottom of each rep.
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up: Chest must touch pull up bar below the collar bone.
Snatch: Any style snatch is allowed so long as control with full extension is met at the top of each rep.
Kipping Handstand Push-Up: 36″x24″ box, feet must touch at the top with a straight body line.
