Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD
- 5 Rounds for Time
- 3 Deadlifts (365/225 lb)
- 4 Ring Muscle-Ups
- Time Cap: 7 minutes
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 5 rounds.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Ring Muscle-Ups is completed.
Deadlift: No bouncing or bending of arms at the bottom. Kness and Hips fully extended at the top with shoulders behind the bar.
Muscle-Up: Arms fully extended at the top with shoulders over the rings.
5 Rounds for Time
3 Deadlifts (75-80% of 1 RM)
4 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 in)
