- AMRAP in 7 minutes
- 3 Ring Muscle-Ups
- 6 Shoulder-to-Overheads (115/85 lb)
- 9 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
On a 7-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 7-minute clock stops.
About the wod
The Throwdown Series started as a weekly workout posted online by TTT, along with a video demonstration and in-depth discussion on strategy, tips, and techniques.
Each workout in the series is numbered sequentially (tttTD1, tttTD2, tttTD3...)
