Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD

- From 0:00-3:00, 21-15-9 reps of:
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- Front Squats (135/95 lb)
- Rest 1 minute
- From 4:00-7:00, 21-15-9 reps of:
- Overhead Squats (135/95 lb)
- Rest 1 minute
- From 8:00-13:00, 21-15-9 reps of:
- Power Cleans (135/95 lb)
- Bar Facing Burpees
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. This workout has three couplets to be completed every 3 minutes with a minute rest after each couplet. The first couplet is Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups and Front Squats. The second couplet is Toes-to-Bars and Overhead Squats. The last couplet is Power Cleans and Bar Facing Burpees.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Bar Facing Burpees is completed.
Front Squat: Hip crease must pass below the knee and full extension must be met at the top.
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up: Chest must touch bar below the collar bone, full extension of arms must be met at the bottom.
Overhead Squat: Hip crease must pass below the knee and full extension must be met at the top.
Toes-to-Bar: Both feet must touch the bar at the same time and feet must finish behind the vertical plane at the bottom of each rep.
Power Clean: Elbows must pass the vertical plane of the bar and full extension must be met with hips and knees while the bar is in the front rack.
Burpee: Must face bar and hips and thighs must be in contact with the ground at the same time at the bottom of each rep. You may jump over the bar anyway.
