"Gary" via Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD
- AMRAP in 15 minutes
- 3 Bar Muscle-Ups
- 6 Handstand Push-Ups
- 12 Alternating Pistols
On a 15-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 15-minute clock stops.
Handstand Push-Up: Use a standard 36/24 in box. Feet must be inside hands at top and you must come to full extension with straight bodyline for rep to count.
Pistol: Must alternate each rep. If you get a no rep you will stay on that leg until you hit a successful rep.
