- 10 Rounds for Time
- 8 Power Snatches (95/65 lb)
- 5 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 in)
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 10 rounds.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Burpee Box Jumps is completed.
About the wod
The Throwdown Series started as a weekly workout posted online by TTT, along with a video demonstration and in-depth discussion on strategy, tips, and techniques.
Each workout in the series is numbered sequentially (tttTD1, tttTD2, tttTD3...)
