Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD
- For Time
- From 0:00-8:00, 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
- Strict Handstand Push-Ups
- Clean-and-Jerks (115/85 lb)
- Rest remaining time
- From 10:00, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of:
- Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
- Overhead Squats (115/85 lb)
- Time Cap: 20 minutes
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. The first part of the workout has an 8-minute time cap. Once the strict handstand push-ups and clean-and-jerks are completed, the athlete can rest in the remaining time. From 10:00, the athlete proceeds to the second part of the workout. There is a 20-minute time cap for the whole workout.
There are two scores in this workout–the time it takes to complete the first part and the time it takes to complete the second part.
Handstand Push-Up: Standard 24×36 box, arms must be locked out at top and butt cannot touch the wall.
Clean-and-Jerk: Bar must touch shoulders. Any STOH is permitted so long as rep is locked out at the top with knees, hips and arms fully extended.
Overhead Squat: Bar must remain overhead in locked out fashion. The bar cannot touch the head at any time. The hip crease must pass below the knee and there must be full extension and control at the top of each rep.

From 10:00, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of:
