Coach Creation WOD
- AMRAP in 9 minutes
- 4 Rounds of:
- 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- 10 Dumbbell Box Step-Ups (50/35 lb, 24/20 in)
- Directly into, AMRAP in the remaining time of:
- 5 Ring Muscle-Ups
- 20 Alternating Pistols
On a 9-minute clock, complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written. Complete the first 4 rounds of Pull-Ups and Step-Ups before moving on to the muscle-ups and pistols.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed within the 9-minute clock.
Dumbbell Box Step-Up: Hold the dumbbell anyhow. Face the box anyhow. Alternate stepping foot.
Pistol: Athlete must alternate legs.
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up: Athlete’s chest must touch the bar.

Background: tttTD37 marks the thirty seventh workout in the Training Think Tank Throwdown Series, programmed by the Coaches at Training Think Tank @trainingthinktank (TTT).
