Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD
- AMRAP in 10 minutes
- 50 Bar Facing Burpees
- 50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (70/50 lb)
- In the remaining time, AMRAP of:
- Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb, 10/9 ft)
Burpee: No footwork requirements on burpees, get over however. Chest and thighs touch the floor at the same time, and body must be perpendicular to bar.
Dumbbell Snatch: Full extension at the top, both heads of dumbbell touch floor, must switch hands below eye-line.
Wall Ball Shot: Hips below parallel, ball hits at or above height line. No bouncing.

Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb, 10/9 ft)
