  • Then, 9-15-21 reps of:
  • Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • Front Squats (115/75 lb)
  • Time Cap: 12 minutes

Movement Standards

Handstand Push-Up: Open standards

Power Clean:  Bar starts from the ground, elbows in front of the bar with the bar on shoulders at the top, full knee and hip extension at top of each rep.

Front Squat: Standard CrossFit rules. Hip extension focus at top.

Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up: Standard CrossFit rules.

Scaling

For Time
21-15-9 reps of:
Hand Release Push-Ups
Power Cleans (95/65 lb)

Rest 3 minutes

Then, 9-15-21 reps of:
Pull-Ups
Front Squats (95/65 lb)
