4 Rounds for Time
10 Pike Position Strict Handstand Push-Ups (feet on box or on the floor)
15 Deadlifts (185/135 lb)
150 Double-Unders (or 50 “single, single, double” complexes)

Movement Standards

Handstand Push-Ups: 24×36″ box, must start each rep with arms fully locked out, hips fully open at the top

Deadlifts: no bouncing, hips/knees/shoulders in line at the top of each rep

The Throwdown Series started as a weekly workout posted online by TTT, along with a video demonstration and in-depth discussion on strategy, tips, and techniques.
