- 10 Rounds of:
- 6 Overhead Squats (95/65 lb)
- 7 Toes-to-Bars
- 8 Bar Over Burpees
Buy-In: 50/40 calorie Assault Bike
Then, 10 Rounds of:
6 Front Squats (95/65 lb)
7 Hanging Knee Raises
8 Bar Over Burpees
Overhead Squats: Bar locked out overhead, squat below parallel, stand up with hips and knees extended
Toes-to-Bars – toes touch bar, feet behind bar in back swing
Bar Over Burpees: Chest/thighs touch floor on one side of the box, jump up and both feet land on the box, land on the other side (lateral is ok)
