Movement Standards

Clean-and-Jerk: any style clean & jerk is allowed. Bar must pass through the front rack. Power Snatching is not allowed.

Rowing: Any damper setting on the rower is allowed. Not allowed to adjust once the workout has begun.

Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups: The body must begin in full hang at the start of each rep, chest much touch bar at the end of each rep.
