- In the remaining time, perform:
- 15 Lateral Burpees Over the Rower
- 12 Double Dumbbell Power Snatches (2x50/35 lb)
- 9 Bar Muscle-Ups
AMRAP 15 minutes

15 Lateral Burpees over the rower
12 Double Dumbbell Power Snatches (50/35#)
9 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
9 Hand Release Push-Ups
Burpees: Two-foot jump back and forward, chest must touch the ground, two-foot takeoff and landing on either side of the rower.
Dumbbell Power Snatches: one head of each DB must touch the floor, finish with DBs overhead in line with body (no clean and jerks).
Bar Muscle-Ups: starts from a dead hang, finish with arms locked out at the top (must go through a dip position).
