- For Time
- 28 Deadlifts (275/215 lb)
- 28 Power Cleans (185/125 lb)
- 28 Thrusters (135/75 lb)
- Every minute on the minute, perform:
- 1 Rope Climb
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete 28 Deadlifts, 28 Power Cleans, and 28 Thrusters. Every minute on the minute, perform 1 Rope Climb.
Score is the time on the clock when the 28th Thruster is completed.

Trent was a member of the CrossFit Buffalo @crossfitbuffalo community who designed the workout for him.
