"Bite the Bullet," The Online Proving Grounds Event #1
- With a Running Clock in 16 minutes
- AMRAP in 5 minutes
- 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)
- 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
- Rest 5 minutes
- In a 6-minute clock, establish:
- 1 rep max Snatch + Hang Snatch
There will be two parts to this event. For the first part, complete as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches and 10 Box Jump Overs. Then, rest 5 minutes. In the next 6-minute window, establish a 1 rep max of a Snatch and Hang Snatch complex.
There will be two scores for this event. Score A is the total number of repetitions completed in the 5-minute window. Score B is the heaviest load successfully lifted within the 6-minute window.
