Too Much B/S is a "no nonsense, balls to the wall workout" created by coach Luke Downing @lukeydpt of Litchfield, England, in response to what he calls "too much B/S on social media and in the [fitness] industry about what works and doesn't... we wanted to stick 2 fingers up to that and show people what B/S works. Burpees and Swings."

"The descending reps scheme was designed simply to manage mental and physical fatigue, The goal with this is to get as much volume crammed in to a 10-15 minute time frame as possible."

The workout is intended to be a high-intensity total-body blast utilizing simple movements and a single piece of equipment.
