  • Buy-In: 1,000 kg Ground-to-Overheads*

  • *Choose a weight to use for Ground-to-Overheads and accumulate a total of 1,000 kg.
  • **Use the same weight used for the Ground-to-Overheads.

The workout starts with a buy-in of an accumulated 1,000 kg Ground-to-Overheads. Athlete will choose the weight of the Barbell. For example, if the athlete chooses 50 kg, then 20 Ground-to-Overheads must be completed for the buy-in. After accumulating a total 0f 1,000 kg, athlete will then complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) for 19 minutes of 3 Bar Muscle-Ups, 22 Wall Ball Shots, 12 Deadlifts, and 59 Double-Unders. The weight for the Deadlift will be the same weight used for the Ground-to-Overheads.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 19-minute clock stops.

Background: This workout is dedicated to Ton Strijbos who is the father of the fanatic athlete Rinaldo Strijbos @rinaldostrijbos of PRFRM Fitness @prfrmfitness (Panningen, Netherlands).

Ton has been diagnosed with the disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) which causes loss of muscle control.

Despite the COVID-19 measures, PRFRM Fitness organized this workout to support the crowdfunding campaign for Ton. It was first posted on their Instagram on October 11, 2020.
