- 2/4/6... KB SDHP (24/16kg)
- 2/4/6... goblet reverse lunge (24/16kg)

This one is a little bit different. You control for how long you want to workout 😱
Every 10 minutes you're doing SDHP and Reverse Lunges starting from 2 reps each and adding 2 more reps as you go. By the end of the 10 minutes you rest for 1 minute and then repeat everything again and again.
How long the workout is going to take is entirely up to you…if you want to go for 10 minutes or even for one hour, you're call!
Most important, listen to your body! It's going to attack your lower back and specially your legs. So go as far as you can, but be smart!
