“Three is a charm”

  • 3 ring dips
  • 30 double-unders
  • 3 toes-to-bar
  • Burpees

Score is the number of burpees done on 12'.

Add one burpee on each round. For example: round one would be 3 ring dips, 30 double unders, 3 toes-to-bar and one burpee. On the second round you are doing 2 burpees instead of 1. Round 3 = 3 burpees, and so on.

The rounds are short and designed to go unbroken so pace yourself on the beginning.

Scaling options:
12' AMRAP
3 box dips
60 single-unders
3 hang knee raises/lying leg raises
Burpees/sprawls

The key to scale this workout is to maintain your pace throughout the rounds, trying to keep it unbroken. So if you need to scale down the numbers of single unders or even the time (e.g. 10' AMRAP), go for it!
