  • Four 5-minute AMRAPs in 32 minutes
  • From 0:00-5:00, complete:
  • 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 20 Power Snatches (75/55 lb)
  • 40 Double-Unders
  • In the remaining time, AMRAP of:
  • 50 meter Shuttle Run
  • Rest 4 minutes. Repeat 2x
  • From 18:00-23:00, complete:
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Push Presses (75/55 lb)
  • 40 Air Squats
  • In the remaining time, AMRAP of:
  • 50 meter Shuttle Run
  • Rest 4 minutes. Repeat 2x

This workout consists of 4 intervals of 5-minute work and 4-minute rest in between. The first two intervals consist of 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, 20 Power Snatches, 40 Double-Unders, and in the remaining time, 50-meter Shuttle Run. The last two intervals consist of 10 Burpees, 20 Push Presses, 40 Air Squats, and in the remaining time, 50-meter Shuttle Run.

Score is the total number of 50 meter Shuttle Runs completed in the 4 intervals. One 50-meter Shuttle run is 1 rep.
