  • 15/12 calorie Assault Bike
  • Then, 2 Rounds of:
  • 12 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
  • 12 Deadlifts (275/185 lb)
  • 15/12 calorie Row
  • Finally, 2 Rounds of:
  • 15 Overhead Squats (135/95 lb)
  • 10 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 400 meter Run

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the 400 meter Run is completed.
