  • 40 Rounds for Time (with a Partner)
  • 5 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
  • 3 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 1 Squat Clean (225/155 lb)
  • Switch every round.

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written for 40 rounds. Switch every round.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Squat Clean is completed.
