  • 800 meter Run
  • 30 Toes-to-Bars
  • 12 Back Squats (225/155 lb)
  • 800 meter Run
  • 30 Toes-to-Bars
  • 9 Back Squats (225/155 lb)
  • 400 meter Run

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written. The Back Squats should come from the ground.

Score is the time on the clock when the last 400 meter Run is completed.
