  • For Time
  • 1,000/800 meter Row
  • 50 Hand Release Push-Ups
  • Then, 10 Rounds of:
  • 3 Cleans (165/115 lb)
  • 3 Jerks (165/115 lb)
  • 3 Front Squats (165/115 lb)
  • Directly into:
  • 50 Hand Release Push-Ups
  • 1,000/800 meter Row

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. Athlete must perform 1,000/800 meter Row and 50 Hand Release Push-Ups. Then, complete 10 rounds of 3 Cleans, 3 Jerks, and 3 Front Squats. Finally, accomplish 50 Hand Release Push-Ups and 1,000/800 meter Row.

Score is the time on the clock when the second 1,000/800 meter Run is completed.
