- For Time
- 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of:
- Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (55/35 lb)
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- Squat Snatches (75/55 lb)
- Calorie Assault Bike
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 21 reps each of Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches, Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, Squat Snatches, and calorie Assault Bike. Then, athlete needs to complete 18 reps each, decreasing by 3 reps after every round.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the calorie Assault Bike is completed.
