  • AMRAP in 40 minutes
  • 2 Strict Pull-Ups
  • 2 Clean-and-Jerks (135/95 lb)
  • 2 Back Squats (135/95 lb)
  • 200 meter Run
  • 4 Strict Pull-Ups
  • 4 Clean-and-Jerks (135/95 lb)
  • 4 Back Squats (135/95 lb)
  • 200 meter Run
  • Continue with this pattern, adding 2 Strict Pull-Ups, 2 Clean-and-Jerks, and 2 Back Squats after every round.

On a 40-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work. Athlete will start with 2 Strict Pull-Ups, 2 Clean-and-Jerks, 2 Back Squats, and 200 meter Run. Continue with this pattern, adding 2 Strict Pull-Ups, 2 Clean-and-Jerks, and 2 Back Squats after every round.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 40-minute clock stops.
