"The Olympian" was a benchmark workout created for the 2014 Lurong Living Paleo Challenge ("an online challenge combining fitness, nutrition and lifestyle"). The workout was repeated in the 2015 version of Lurong's Championship Challenge series as "The Olympian Re-Test."
