- For Time
- 12-10-8-6-4-2 reps of:
- Overhead Squats (115/75 lb)
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 12 Overhead Squats and 12 Pull-Ups, 10 Overhead Squats and 10 Pull-Ups, and so on.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Pull-Ups is completed.
