Background: The Backbone of the Army is what we call our Army Sergeants as they are the Leaders of the best and most highly trained Solders in the world. I wanted to create an Army version of "The Chief" which is basically the Navy's rank of a Senior Sergeant. I created this to honor ALL of the enlisted Army Soldiers from Private to Command Sergeant Major.
