This Thanksgiving holiday WOD created by Coach Tai Randall of CrossFit DTR, was called out in a 2012 CrossFit Journal article. He said "I wanted to help people feel a little less guilty about all the shit they were going to be eating for the next few days. I put this WOD together [for Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26, 2009] as a new affiliate hoping to involve some components of all the favorite benchmarks, sort of a ‘CrossFit Sampler Platter,’ I suppose." The WOD was originally programmed by Randall as a coach at CrossFit Montgomery County in Gaithersburg, MD, but and his wife own their own box now (CrossFit DTR), where they continue the tradition each year.
