  • 1 Squat clean @85% of 1RM
  • 100m run

The goal is to keep the toes to bar sets as equal as possible, so don’t start with a 100% max effort set to then continue with sets @50% of the first one.

So much rather have:
Set 1: 10
Set 2: 10
Set 3: 9
Set 4: 10

Than:
Set 1: 20
Set 2: 5
Set 3: 4
