“Taters ‘N’ Burpees”

  • 20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 reps of:
  • Kettlebell Taters (24/16 kg)
  • 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 reps of:
  • Burpees

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform 20 Kettlebell Taters and 2 Burpees, then 18 Kettlebell Tatters and 4 Burpees and so on.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of burpees is completed.

Background: A variation of the “Too Much B/S.” Taters are a great movement to build lower body endurance and carry over well to other movements such as Wall balls, Swings, and Snatches
This workout is a pure race to the finish keeping sets of taters unbroken as the reps decrease those burpees are increasing to keep the lungs pumping.
