  • 4 Rounds for Time
  • Every 4 minutes, perform:
  • 15/10 calorie Air Bike
  • 50 meter Swim
  • 10 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 10 Ball Slams (60/40 lb)
  • Rest in the remaining time
  • *Rounds 2 and 4 are performed in reverse.

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work each round. Athlete will have 4 minutes to complete every round. Rounds 2 and 4 will start from the Ball Slams, GHD Sit-Ups, Swim, and the calorie AirBike.

Score is the cumulative time it takes to complete the 4 rounds.

Background: “Swim ‘N’ Stuff” was the 10th event for the 2020 CrossFit Games (Championships). The new format of the 2020 CrossFit Games consists of two stages: an online competition in athletes’ home countries from which the top five men and top five women will advance and an in-person finals in California to crown the Fittest Man and Fittest Woman on Earth.
