2021 Training Think Tank Summer Throwdown
- 5 Rounds for Time
- 12 Deadlifts (155/105 lb)
- 12 Toes-to-Bars
- 9 Hang Power Cleans (155/105 lb)
- 9 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- 6 Shoulder-to-Overheads (155/105 lb)
- 6 Bar Muscle-Ups
- Time Cap: 15 minutes
With a running clock, complete 5 rounds of the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“).
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Bar Muscle-Ups is completed.
Deadlift: No bouncing allowed – full extension must be met at the top.
Toes-to-Bar: Both feet must touch the bar at the same time – feet must pass behind the vertical plan on each rep.
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up: Chest must make contact with the bar below the collar bone.
