  • 50 Back Squats (65/45 lb)
  • 50 Push-Ups & Lateral Drags (65/45 lb)
  • 50 Back Squats (65/45 lb)
  • Every 2 minutes, complete:
  • 200 meter Run

With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“). For every 2 minutes, complete 200 meter Run before going back where you left off.

Score is the time on the clock when the last Back Squat is completed.

Movement Standards

Push-Up & Lateral Drag: Perform a standard Push-Up. Once back in the starting position, drag the Sandbag from one side, under the body, through the other side. This counts as one rep.
