- Rest 1 minute between rounds
On a 15-minute clock, every 3 minutes complete as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work for 4 rounds with 1-minute rest between rounds. Each round consists of 16 Sandbag Box Step-Ups, 12 Shoulder-to-Shoulder Thrusters, and Max Burpees Over Sandbag in the remaining time of the 3-minute window.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 15-minute clock stops.
