- *1 Lungester is 2 Alternating Reverse Lunges and 1 Thruster
With a running clock, complete 3 rounds of the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“).
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Lungester is completed.

Background: This is one of the Dumbbell workouts from the Street Parking @streetpartking Dumbbell Workouts series. These workouts were designed to be completed with minimal equipment like a pair of Dumbbells.
People often underestimate just how much you can do with a single pair of dumbbells. At Street Parking, all of our workouts can be done with just that. Of course it’s fun to play with all of the fancy toys – but the versatility of a single pair of dumbbells is hard to surpass as a training tool. In fact, many of our members have been with us for over three years, and that is all they ever use!
