- 30 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows (2x50/35 lb)
With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written for 3 rounds as fast as possible (“For Time“).
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Dumbbell Bent Over Rows is completed.

Background: This is one of the Dumbbell workouts from the Street Parking @streetpartking Dumbbell Workouts series. These workouts were designed to be completed with minimal equipment like a pair of Dumbbells.
People often underestimate just how much you can do with a single pair of dumbbells. At Street Parking, all of our workouts can be done with just that. Of course it’s fun to play with all of the fancy toys – but the versatility of a single pair of dumbbells is hard to surpass as a training tool. In fact, many of our members have been with us for over three years, and that is all they ever use!
