- Five 3-minute AMRAPs in 19 minutes
- 20 American Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
- 15 Burpees
- Max Prison Lunges
- Rest 1 minute
On a 19-minute clock, perform 5 rounds of 3-minute AMRAPs with 1 minute rest in between rounds. Every 3 minutes, athlete must complete 20 American Kettlebell Swings, 15 Burpees, and maximum repetitions of Prison Lunges in the remaining time.
Score is the total repetitions of Lunges completed before the 19-minute clock stops.
Prison Lunge: This is a standard Lunge with both hands behind the back. If the Lunge is performed without the hands behind the head, it will be a no rep.
