“Stimulus Travel WOD 14”
CrossFit Stimulus Travel WOD
- With a Running Clock for Reps
- 25 Jumping Jacks
- 3 Burpees
- Then, AMRAP in 4 minutes of:
- 10 Sit-Ups
- 5 Push-Ups
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the buy-in of 25 Jumping Jacks and 3 Burpees. In the next 4 minutes, athlete must accomplish 10 Sit-Ups and 5 Push-Ups as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP).
Score is the total number of repetitions completed after the 4-minute AMRAP.
