  • 100 yard Cylinder Carry (100/60 lb)
  • 100 yard Sprint
  • 100 yard Sandbag Carry (120/80 lb)
  • 100 yard Sprint
  • 100 yard Cylinder Carry (150/100 lb)

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the time on the clock when the last Cylinder Carry is completed.

Scaling Options

Reduce the load of each object.

If you don’t have a Sandbag or “Cylinder,” you can use any odd objects, increasing in weight each round.
