  • 100/80 Cal Assault Bike
  • Max Rounds of "DT" 135/95
  • DT = 12 Deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, 6 Shoulder to overhead

Pace the bike so when you get off you are able to attack the barbell. Don't crush yourself so much that you are not able to move the barbell! This is a brutal test and will definitely catch up by the end.

Elite athletes are looking at 6-7 rounds. Advanced 4-6 rounds. beginner 2-4
