With a running clock as fast as possible perform the prescribed work.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Bar Facing Burpees is completed.

Background: “Spicy Meatballs” is a benchmark WOD created by a popular functional training program by coach Ben Bergeron (we can’t use the program’s name) that incorporates a couplet.

The workout was first posted on their YouTube channel as the workout of the day for April 19, 2018.

They then issued a challenge to athletes to complete the workout in under 9 minutes including rest.
