  • Round 1:
  • 1 Squat Snatch
  • Men: 190-200-205-210-215 lb
  • Women: 110-115-120-125-130 lb
  • Round 2:
  • 1 Squat Snatch
  • Men: 220-230-235-240-245 lb
  • Women: 135-140-145-150-155 lb
  • Round 3:
  • 1 Squat Snatch
  • Men: 250-260-265-270-275 lb
  • Women: 160-165-170-175-180 lb

This workout has 3 rounds: Quarterfinal, Semifinal and Final rounds. Each round has 5 sets of 1 Squat Snatch of increasing weights. Only the top 20 athletes will advance to Round 2. The next round has the same Squat Snatch ladder with heavier weights. Only the top 10 athletes will advance to the final round. Round 3 has the same Squat Snatch ladder from 250/160 lb to 275/180 lb.

Score is the time to finish the Squat Snatch Ladder.
