With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 4 rounds of 13 American Kettlebell Swings, 7 Push-Ups, and 75 Air Squats. Directly after, perform 4 rounds of 6 Bar Over Burpees, 9 Thrusters, and 19 calorie Row.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the calorie Row is completed.

Background: Dedicated to Daniel Shakesby who died from injuries he sustained from a motorbike accident on September 1, 2019.

The crash with a sedan happened on A1034 near Sancton, Bevereley, United Kingdom. Mr Shakesby was airlifted to hospital with serious head injuries, as well as injuries to his leg and hip. Sadly, he passed away five days later on September 6, 2019.

The workout was designed by Simon Murray, co-owner and coach at CrossFit Barbaric @crossfitbarbaric (Beverely, United Kingdom) to remember Dan, who was a regular at the gym’s 5:45 am class. He “always had a smile on his face” and was well-loved by his fellow members.

The rep scheme signifies:
