- 30 Double-Unders
- 2 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans (2x50/35 lb)
- 2 Dumbbell Thrusters (2x50/35 lb)
- 30 Double- Unders
- Continue with this pattern, adding 1 rep to Dumbbell movements per round.
On a 15-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work. In the first round, athlete must complete 1 Dumbbell Hang Squat Clean, 1 Dumbbell Thruster, and 30 Double-Unders. Continue with this pattern, adding 1 rep to Dumbbell movements per round. If only single Dumbbell is available, split reps evenly between arms.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 15-minut clock stops.
