  • For Time
  • 400 meter Run
  • Then, 12-9-6 reps of:
  • Pull-Ups
  • Thrusters (40/25 kg)
  • 400 meter Run
  • Then, 12-9-6 reps of:
  • Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • Thrusters (50/35 kg)
  • 400 meter Run
  • Finally, 12-9-6 reps of:
  • Bar Muscle-Ups
  • Thrusters (60/45 kg)
  • Time Cap: 20 minutes

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. For the first round, athlete must Run 400 meter, then perform 12 Pull-Ups, 12 Thrusters, 9 Pull-Ups, 9 Thrusters, 6 Pull-Ups and 6 Thrusters. For the second round, athlete must Run 400 meter, then perform 12-9-6 reps of Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups and Thrusters at a heavier weight. Finally, athlete will Run 400 meter and perform 12-9-6 reps of Bar Muscle-Ups and Thrusters at a heavier weight from the second round.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Thrusters is completed.
