On a 24-minute clock, every four minutes perform 20 calorie Row, 10 Sandbag Thrusters and 20 10-meter Shuttle Sprints for 6 rounds. For the Shuttle Sprints, the cones need to be 10 meters apart.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 24-minute clock stops.
